clean property, exceptional and courteous staff. clean unit with an electric kettle and fridges. a lot of brilliant options for meal. location close enough to the beach. simply no complains at all, very comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Prasanthi Hotel! the atmosphere was so welcoming, and the staff were friendly and exceptional. the hotel's location is perfect, as it's just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our rooms, which featured modern and stylish decor. We didn't want to say goodbye and would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Despite the cold floors and lack of towel hooks in the bathroom, the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were commendable. the staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. the luxury accommodation at a reasonable price made our romantic escape a memorable experience.
The room service fell short with poor tea and coffee restocking, limited water allocation, and extra GST charges. These inconveniences affected our overall experience, leaving us feeling disappointed and dissatisfied during our stay.
